Our Returns Policy

Should you wish to return any of your Wren products; we offer up to 14 days on any product, provided it is unopened and unused.

The majority of our products are intimate products, therefore, can only be returned if faulty, or if you change your mind, they must be unopened and/or unused.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Warranty on Wren Breast Pumps

We offer a 3-month manufacturer warranty on our Wren Breast Pumps and will refund you in full if the item is faulty. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage from normal wear & tear.

Our Returns Process

If you do want to return your product, please drop us an email to customerservice@my-wren.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return, along with pictures to support
  3. Someone from the Team at Wren HQ will get back to you within 24hrs during business hours (mon-fri)
  4. Send back to us within 10 days of requesting the refund
  5. Once the refund is approved we will send you a returns label and address which you will need to attach to the item and send back.

 All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item using your original method of payment.
